Not sure about the Whey Matrix Protein (doesn't get very good reviews and the ingredients don't make sense) but better than nothing. What protein were you using with the Jack3d - as the Matrix is just a higher-carb protein blend? Have the multi and the fish oil either with breakfast or dinner. Have the creatine post-workout with whey (or the Matrix if you don't have pure whey) and if your goal is bulking, have as many carbs as you can handle after or with your post-workout shake. This will improve creatine, carbohydrate and protein uptake into the muscle for faster, more complete recovery.
