It was my first cycle mate I decided to opt for tbol as very little sides if any i had none was quite lucky i did how every get ill twice and had shoulder problem and kidney pains but all nothing to do with tbol lol, Gains were not massive but i know its not water retention like you get with dbol so its quite nice knowing it's muscle not just water, didn't take any before pics really to compare sorry, had loads of compliments about how big i'm getting whoo which i've never had before. Begining weight 11 and a half stone , weighed my self this morning and up to 12 stone 5/6 so put on nearly a stone !!!
